I used to be able to adjust the total cost on an invoice before I send it to the buyer, but now I can't. Whatever the total cost was when the buyer made the purchase, it stays that way. I just made a sale, the buyer lives in Australia. The total cost on the invoice says $8.95, but that's for buyers in the U.S. The total cost for Australian buyers is $12.45. I can't even adjust the invoice because the site won't let me.

You can add a note in all your listings for international buyers to ask for shipping costs before purchasing. It's so annoying.
Hi Alfred -- Shipping on invoices can be adjusted. Turn off auto-invoicing (http://www.ioffer.com/preferences/checkout) and make sure each invoice is properly adjusted prior to sending them out. You can also adjust shipping to individual countries in your selling preferences (http://www.ioffer.com/preferences/shipping) or at the bottom of an individual listing (click "more" to see a full list of country options on the listing form) -- Let us know if you need any further info. Thanks!
