buyers can't pay because of error

i have over 20 buyer a week that tell me they are having trouble paying because  When they  try to pay with Amazon or google the link will not work they just get an error message this is a big problem ioffer must check into this an fix it.

I am trying to pay luley1212@gmail.com through pay pal ,and its coming email is not available .I received my shoes after 7 week and by the time i received it ,pay pal pay my cgarged back  card ,Now i am feeling guilty please help me find out how to pay him now.I did mail him on his account.

My customers have told me that they've had trouble paying through PayPal.  Yesterday, I got an email from a buyer who said that he has been trying for days to pay through PayPal with no luck. He said the link was not working. I guess SOME of the buyers who I have not received payment from tried to pay for their purchase, but gave up because they had trouble paying through PayPal.
