The seller has cancelled a transaction and has filed me as a non paying buyer.
because he has cancelled the transaction i am unable to file a dispute.
i paid for the item with paypal on the day of purchase.

WHY IS IT EASY FOR SELLER TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION AFTER RECEIPT PAYMENT BUT NOT SENDING GOODS? SURELY THIS IS FRAUD AND ONE SIDED IN FAVOR OF THE SELLER ONLY
I have the same problem. i made a payment to cinderella2008. she sent me a completely diffrent pairs of shoes. When I wanted a refound. she marked me as a non-paying seller. I am still sending her emails but she is not replying. What should I do. I want my money back. I paid 145 dollars and I want it back

We're looking to address this issue of sellers filing NPBs after payment was sent. We've responded to your individual Helpdesk tickets regarding your purchases. Below is a summary of your specific cases.
One way for you to prevent this from happening is to make sure you mark payment as paid & item as received when you receive your item(s). You should also rate your purchases immediately.
Robert - You've already filed a dispute on your transaction on May 6, that's why you were unable to file another dispute on the same transaction.
Tania - Your seller's account was permanently restricted so you weren't able to file a dispute, but we responded to your ticket with info to contact the seller & your payment provider.
Marijana - We removed your NPB so you can continue to contact the seller regarding your purchase and file a dispute if you wish.
John - It looks like you had some trouble paying for your purchase, and the seller filed a NPB because you didn't pay.
