Hi please help me!!!
on may 20th i paid for my items.
Seller gave tracking number eventually.
Tracking information stated that my items were being sent to Greece and were going to be delivered there i live in the UK and gave seller correct address.
I contacted the seller who told me he/she would give me a full refund today, as it was the post peoples fault.
She told me to wait a few hours for the refund so i did.
I have now logged in to find that the seller has filed a NON PAYING BUYER mark against me!!
I Paid via paypal.
I now have no way of disputing this seller.
Please please help me
i have proof of paypal payment and of tracking number
