New member trying to transfer Ebay ratings, HELP!

Hi there,

I am very new to ioffer and as such, I have absolutely no feedback. I was quite happy to see that they offered an Ebay ratings transfer service, as I have been apart of Ebay for quite a while. So I went through the steps and at the end it says "Ratings should show momentarily" or something of that nature. So I waited a little bit and then hunted around to see if it had been transfer to no avail; My ratings it seems have still not been transferred (unless there is something I'm missing or not seeing) So I went ahead and did a second attempt to transfer my ratings, and the second time I got a message that said:

Remote user This ******* is an invalid Ebay Username.

Strange...the transactions I've done over the years on Ebay and the products I received as a result of those transactions all seemed pretty valid and real at the time! ;-) Anyway I'm just wondering if this is a common problem and what I should do about it?

Thank you,

J

it seems lots of seller got the problem caused by guest user. please note they are not guest users, they are all robot! this is the trick on ioffer. do you think there are so many people who have much time to set up account to play with you guys? no this is not true. it is impossible that so many ioffer sellers get guest users everyday. obviously, they are not real guest users. it is ioffer who use the software to generate these guest user accounts and then play with you guys. the purpose is to grab much more mony (seller fee) from sellers. since they generate a large number of guest user account (robot account), they can grab large amount money from seller. they can use the funds in other place. moreover, they no longer worry about seller fee because you guys have paid seller fee in advance. also, lots of fake transaction caused by robot can get ioffer's business boom and therefore attract more buyers to come here. you guys sales are all increased, right? although you guys do not make more money. yes, you can get money back after 21 days. but some seller maybe forget one or two transactions, or miss some cancellations. in that case, ioffer will enjoy those seller fee for sure. the worse situation is that ioffer close the business suddently, then all those seller fee you guys have paid in advance will be gone! so be careful your money! do not pay too much in advance!

Still have found no help on this site.but i have found out ioffer doesnt not care about you!! so if you have any probblems just look for every email address on this site and send emails over and over again all and eny email address send 100s a day.. does not matter if its the janitors email addres any email address that has eny thing to do with iooer, eventually some one will ask some one els "why am i getting all thies emails".I have been on all thies pages looking for help and mostly all i find is people complaining about ioffer,so people get together and bomb there emails, post your concerns every wear you can even if its not the right place to post.not once but meny, meny times.Because if its your problem, they dont care, but if you make it thear problem and  any one associated with ioffers problem they mite notice.if you ask for help you are ignored but if the guy from tech support is getting 100s of emails a day they my notice.    so if you want to make this a better place to be we have to get together and be heard.not to many companys or business last to long once they start making to much money and start ignoring the people that gives them the money.they are getting to big to care about you.ebay had some of the same probblems in the early days but they found out that if you ignore your customers they will go away.and thats my advice to you. if you don want to do any thing about it.. leave their are a lot of other sites that you can buy and sell from that would love your business. But if you think this site still has potential( as i do),but thay have forgotten who makes them the money, and they have a big problem with customer support and help.YOU NEED TO BE HEARD! Stand up and be counted. Bomb the emails, post, post, every where 100s & 100s of times a day.oh yea when i say bomb i dont mean actually blow up in that sense but bomb like blowing up my phone line.lots of emails NOT fire and destruction. you cant do this alone, but together we might make a dent, and if you get thrown out for raising hell, so what who wants to be somewhere where the customer comes last.ignore me once shame on you, ignore me twice shame on me.Its your money take somewere els were you fell appreciated.or stay and be apart of change for the better.remember email, email, email, post, post, post.

why would you give ioffer your ebay user name and PASSWORD????Ebay is ther competition! and you are handing them the keys to the front door. im not saying they would do anything with this info, but the temptation to take down your competition from the inside would be to great.1000s of passwords. just throw a bug in every once in awhile to aggravate ebayers in to leaving and coming over to there side for good.I would never give out my password to any faceless web site.especially there copetition.maybe you could give ioffer your ebay info and then change your password after they transfer the info. then if ioffer complains ask them why they would need to get in to your ebay account after all info has been transferred.still not saying ioffer would do anything but since i have been on a pc i have been told to NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR PASSWORDS TO ANY ONE EVER FOR ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER!!!   some would say, then why give them your banking/credit card info? well my bank keeps a good eye on that, and no one gets in with out a record being kept.  ebay or you would never know if some one had your password and jumped in once and awhile and messed up a few things.eventually you would be thinking ebay was doing it and just give up on them out of frustation. And i will say it again, i am not saying this is going on but why take any chances with your password.

just saying.

Hi. I`m new on this site too. Actually, I`m having second thoughts about keeping this account open. It shows that my items from ebay was uploaded, however it takes me to a page that`s not my items. Eventually I had to list an item manually which had me going back and forth to list the color for each image of the same product.

Also, how do I remove Worldwide shipping? There isn`t an X to remove. I`m only interested in shipping within the USA.

PS: I think the red flag for me is when I click on a link and it takes me to an error page. Very confusing!!!!

I'm new to iOffer & am running into to all kinds of problems. I have sold something but buyer said his only option was to pay with a money order. I never would have set that up as form of payment. I requested Paypal as payment method. It doesn't seem to be working. My eBay rating has never been transferred and I have submitted info for both a zillion times but its still not working. But there was NO PROBLEM with the fees that IOffer gets showing up right away. My first buyer's email has disappeared! Can any one help? ...Other than suggesting I cancel my account. I don't know how some people have been selling on here for 8years! I don't think I will last 8 days. The help desk never helps and FAQS are useless. People are saying sellers are scammers, but I really believe that problems are due to the site not working correctly and the help desk not helping resolve issues.
