How do I remove a Non Paying Buyer rating from my account?

Payment is typically required within 48 hours, after which your order may be canceled for non-payment. You may also receive a Non-Paying Buyer (NPB) Rating:

If you have received an NPB and would like to confirm payment, click “Mark Paid” from the Order Summary:

Upon verification, the NPB rating will be removed automatically.

If you made a mistake, were unable to pay, or no longer wish to proceed with the order, click “Cancel Order":
