How do I upgrade to a seller account?

Hi!

To promote a safe trading community, account verification is required in certain situations. Depending on the items you're selling, you may be asked to complete one or more of the following when upgrading to a seller account:

Phone Verification

To phone verify your account, enter a valid, non-VOIP, phone number that you can be reached at. Choose the text message or voice call option and your language to continue.

iOffer Phone Verification

On the next page, enter the 3-digit PIN you received to verify your account.

Credit Card Verification

Credit cards can only be used once on iOffer. When adding a credit card, your credit card will be charged an amount between $0.01 - $2.00 (USD). Check your credit card statement and enter the amount on the verification page.

Seller Account Fee

Some items require you to pay a non-refundable seller account setup fee of $20.00. Follow the instructions on-screen to complete your account setup process.

Item & Rating Transfer

To validate the items you're selling, you may also be asked to transfer your eBay ratings and/or items. Transferring your items/ratings allow others to see that you have a good online selling history.

You can preview your transfer first, or enter your username & password to transfer your ratings and/or items.
