I already paid - How do I confirm payment?

Confirming your payment

After making payment, we strongly recommend completing our verification process. Doing so will help the seller locate your payment and ensure your package is processed and shipped quickly. To verify your payment information, you will need to provide the payment processor, price amount, and your unique transaction ID, MTCN, or check/MO number.

If you made a mistake or no longer wish to proceed with the order, please visit "How to Cancel an Order" to learn more about order cancelations.

If you paid with a PayPal account

1. Log into the email address you provided when you made your payment

2. Browse your inbox to find the payment receipt email, or search for emails sent from ‘services@paypal.com’

3. Locate the transaction ID highlighted in the image below:

If you paid with PayPal as a guest without an account

1. Contact the PayPal Customer Service to assist locating the ID by either

     a) Using PayPal’s Online Customer Service (http://www.paypal.com/help) 

     b) Calling 1-(888)-221-1161 (US callers) or 1-(402)-935-2050 (international callers)

2) You will need to provide the name on the card, amount and date of transaction, and the card number to retrieve the transaction ID

 

If you paid with Western Union

You'll get a receipt that includes a tracking number or MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number), which is a 10-digit reference code assigned to every money transfer you make.

1. Log into the email address you provided when you made your payment

2. Browse your inbox to find the payment receipt email, or search for emails sent from ‘westernunionresponse@westernunion.com’

3. Locate the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) - similar to the image below:

If you paid with a check/Money Order by mail

Locate the the Serial Number (Money Order) or Check Number and enter it in the space provided.
