iOffer Pending Transaction

If the buyer fails to choose a payment method within 7 days, the transaction is canceled and the buyer receives a Non-Paying Buyer (NPB) rating.

Email Reminder Schedule

Transaction Summary

Immediately after purchase:

- Buyer receives a transaction summary with instructions to pay.

- Seller is notified of a pending transaction from a guest buyer.

Reminder Email

24 hours after purchase:

- Buyer receives a reminder to pay.

Final Reminder with NPB Warning

5 days after purchase:

- Buyer receives a final reminder to pay with a Non-Paying Buyer (NPB) warning.

Transaction Canceled

7 days after purchase:

- Buyer is notified that the transaction is canceled, and receives a Non-Paying Buyer (NPB) rating.

- Seller is notified of the transaction cancellation.
