How do I close my account and/or store?

If you're considering closing your store and iOffer account, we ask that you carefully reconsider your decision. If there's a chance that you may want to use our service again in the future, it is not necessary to close your account.

  • To close your store and keep a buyer's account, simply end your item listings from your Current Inventory.
  • To close your iOffer account, Contact us Here with your username.

Before closing your account, you're required to complete any open negotiations and pay your account balance.
